Motion filed to dismiss Roethlisberger lawsuit

The motion will most likely be denied, but this alleged victims case has massive holes in it. The fact that she waited a whole year to file and then there is that damming affidavit by a co-worker and friend of hers that states that the alleged victim bragged about having sex with Big Ben...that is gonna be hard to explain to a jury if it is in fact true.
