Burress, but not Pierce, indicted by grand jury

The indictment handed down Monday charges the 31-year-old Burress with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and one count of reckless endangerment....He is so screwed...from now on when a talented wealthy pro athlete commits a bone headed mistake I will now proclaim that he has committed a PlaxyVic in honor of the two founding members of the bonehead move club!...i know i know, very original!
